These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders, enquiries and purchases made through the website ecoway.ee. These terms regulate the rights and obligations between Bedrock Trade OÜ and the customer in connection with the purchase of products, order processing, delivery, returns and custom packaging printing services.
By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope and validity of the terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and enquiries submitted through the website ecoway.ee, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
Ecoway sells packaging, disposable tableware, kitchen supplies, consumables and also offers custom packaging printing services. Our products and services are intended for both private and business customers, although a large part of our solutions is aimed at companies, including the HoReCa sector, food producers, shops, online stores and other business customers.
Bedrock Trade OÜ reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. The applicable terms are always published on the website ecoway.ee.
3. Products and services
Ecoway’s product range includes, among others:
- Packaging and boxes
- Disposable tableware
- Coffee cups and drink cups
- Paper bags
- Sugarcane packaging and tableware
- Kitchen supplies and consumables
- Gloves and protective equipment
- Custom packaging printing solutions
Product descriptions, images and technical information are presented as accurately as possible. Product photos are illustrative, and the actual product may differ slightly from the image shown, for example in colour tone, packaging, size or due to manufacturer updates.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are in euros. Unless otherwise stated on the website, prices include VAT.
A delivery fee may be added to the product price. The delivery fee is displayed in the shopping cart or agreed separately with the customer before the order is confirmed.
Bedrock Trade OÜ reserves the right to change prices. If the customer has already submitted an order and the seller has confirmed it, the price agreed at the time of order confirmation applies to the customer.
5. Placing an order
To place an order, the customer selects suitable products on the website, adds them to the shopping cart and fills in the required contact, billing and delivery details.
When placing an order, the customer must ensure that the submitted information is correct and complete. The customer is responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
An order is considered submitted when the customer has confirmed the shopping cart, entered the required information and sent the order to the seller.
Before fulfilling the order, Bedrock Trade OÜ may contact the customer to clarify product availability, quantity, delivery time, payment information or other details related to the order.
6. Order confirmation
After the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an order confirmation, or Bedrock Trade OÜ will contact the customer to clarify the order details.
Order fulfilment depends on product availability. If the ordered product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and, where possible, offer a replacement product, a new delivery time or cancellation of the order.
7. Payment
Orders can be paid for using the payment methods offered on the website or, by separate agreement, on the basis of an invoice.
The payment intermediary for payments made in the online store is Maksekeskus AS. Through Maksekeskus, it is possible to pay using the payment methods displayed on the website, including bank payments, card payments or other payment solutions provided by Maksekeskus.
Payments are made in a secure payment environment. Bedrock Trade OÜ does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
Available payment methods may include, for example:
- Bank payment
- Card payment
- Payment by invoice
- Other payment solutions displayed on the website
Payment by invoice is available by agreement, primarily for business customers.
Order fulfilment may begin after payment has been received or after a separate agreement has been concluded.
8. Delivery and collection of goods
Products are delivered to the address selected by the customer or agreed with the seller. It may also be possible to collect the goods from the warehouse at Peterburi tee 49, 11415 Tallinn, if this has been agreed in advance.
The main delivery methods are:
- SmartPost parcel locker
- SmartPost courier service
- Collection from the Ecoway warehouse in Tallinn
- Another separately agreed delivery method for business customer orders
Smaller orders can generally be sent to a parcel locker. For larger orders, bulky packaging, business customer orders and deliveries directly to an address, courier service or another delivery method agreed with the customer is used.
In Estonia, the estimated delivery time is generally 1–5 working days, depending on product availability, order volume, selected delivery method and destination.
For Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and other countries, the delivery time depends on the destination country, selected delivery method, order volume and the terms of the logistics partner. More detailed delivery times and delivery options are displayed in the shopping cart where possible or clarified with the customer before the order is confirmed.
The delivery fee is displayed in the shopping cart according to the selected delivery method and destination or agreed separately with the customer before the order is confirmed.

Bedrock Trade OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, third parties, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, force majeure or incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Receiving the goods
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check whether the shipment corresponds to the order and whether the packaging is undamaged.
If the shipment is damaged or the order does not correspond to the agreement, Bedrock Trade OÜ must be notified as soon as possible by e-mail at info@ecoway.ee.
If the damage is visible at the moment of delivery, we recommend taking photographs of the damage and, where possible, recording the issue in the courier’s or delivery partner’s documentation.
10. Custom packaging printing orders
Custom packaging printing orders are generally processed on the basis of a separate enquiry, quotation or agreement.
For a custom packaging printing order, the customer may provide the following information:
- Company logo
- Design files
- Printing requirements
- Packaging type
- Desired quantity
- Brand colours
- Contact details
- Details related to the quotation or production
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the logo, design, texts and other materials submitted by them are correct and that they have the necessary rights to use them.
Before production, Bedrock Trade OÜ may send the customer a design or print file for approval. If the customer approves the design, the customer is responsible for any errors contained in the approved design, including spelling mistakes, an incorrect phone number, an incorrect logo, an incorrect colour or any other information approved by the customer.
The production time for custom packaging printing depends on the order volume, material, readiness of the design and production workload.
11. Custom orders and products with personalised printing
For products manufactured as custom orders, products with personalised printing or products adapted according to the customer’s instructions, the usual right of return may not apply if the product has been made specifically on the basis of the customer’s order.
Such products may include, for example:
- Packaging with the customer’s logo
- Packaging printed with the customer’s design
- Packaging produced as a custom order
- Products adapted at the customer’s request
- Products that cannot normally be resold due to their nature
Before production of a custom order or printed packaging, the order terms are clarified separately with the customer.
12. Right of withdrawal
A consumer customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded through the website within 14 days from receiving the goods, unless an exception applies under law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement to Bedrock Trade OÜ by e-mail at info@ecoway.ee.
The withdrawal statement must include at least:
- Customer name
- Order number or invoice number
- Product to be returned
- Contact details
- Bank account number, if the refund is not made to the original payment method
The right of withdrawal applies primarily to consumers, meaning natural persons who purchase a product for purposes unrelated to their economic or professional activities.
Legal entities and business customers do not have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal unless the parties have agreed otherwise separately.
13. Return conditions
The returned product must be unused, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
The customer must return the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement.
The direct costs related to returning the goods are borne by the customer unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
Generally, the following are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Damaged products where the damage was caused by the customer
- Products with opened or damaged packaging that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the product
- Products manufactured or adapted according to the customer’s instructions
- Products with the customer’s logo or personalised printing
- Products manufactured as custom orders
14. Refunds
If the customer lawfully exercises the right of withdrawal, Bedrock Trade OÜ will refund the amount paid by the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
Bedrock Trade OÜ may delay the refund until the customer has returned the goods or provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund is generally made using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
15. Complaints and defective products
If a product has a defect or does not correspond to the order, we ask the customer to contact Bedrock Trade OÜ by e-mail at info@ecoway.ee.
The complaint should include:
- Customer name
- Order number or invoice number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the defect or damage, where possible
- Contact details
Bedrock Trade OÜ will review the complaint and contact the customer as soon as possible.
If the defect is justified, we will, where possible, offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with applicable legislation and the circumstances of the specific case.
16. Liability
Bedrock Trade OÜ is liable to the customer to the extent provided by applicable legislation.
Bedrock Trade OÜ is not liable for damage caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, improper use of the product, failure to follow instructions, actions of third parties or force majeure.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data, files, designs and approvals provided when placing an order are correct.
17. Force majeure
Bedrock Trade OÜ is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances that the seller could not influence or reasonably foresee.
Force majeure circumstances may include, for example:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- War or civil unrest
- Strike
- Transport disruptions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Power or internet outages
- Government restrictions or other decisions of public authorities
18. Personal data protection
Bedrock Trade OÜ processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
For the purpose of processing payments, Bedrock Trade OÜ transfers the necessary personal data to the payment intermediary Maksekeskus AS. Maksekeskus AS processes the data to the extent necessary for mediating payments and providing payment-related services.
Personal data is used primarily for fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, invoicing, delivering products, processing custom packaging printing enquiries and fulfilling obligations arising from law.

19. Intellectual property
All texts, images, designs, logos, graphic elements and other content published on the website ecoway.ee belong to Bedrock Trade OÜ or the respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using the website content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Bedrock Trade OÜ is not permitted.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any logo, trademark, design or other material submitted for custom packaging printing does not infringe the rights of third parties.
20. Dispute resolution
All disagreements between the customer and Bedrock Trade OÜ will first be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or use other legal remedies provided by law.
Disputes related to business customers are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
21. Changes to the terms
Bedrock Trade OÜ reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The amended terms enter into force from the moment they are published on the website ecoway.ee.
The terms that were valid at the time the order was submitted apply to the order.
